I cannot wait for The September Issue to come out on cinema circuits!!! A movie documentary on how the 2007 September issue of Vogue was made! The September issue was THE most successful issue in Vogue's publishing history! I am totally in love with Anna Wintour (editor-in-chief) - I want to work for a boss like that one day!




I want to read Fallen by Lauren Kate. My friend, Jimena, told me about it over coffee today. Apparently it is really good!! Below is a review of it - am too drained to do my own:

Seventeen-Year-Old Luce is a new student at Sword & Cross, an unwelcoming boarding/reform school in Savannah, Georgia. To be honest, I am not really in the mood to blog (at least I am honest), oh and, I may put Pie on a hiatus :/ I'm not sure yet, but school is soon and I need to focus on that more than anything else :)

I am quite excited. I am going to the on Sunday with my long time lost best friend, Chantal. Yes, I will admit that I do have a secret liking to the latter mentioned brand :) ha ha ha! Though, sadly, this is not Miley herself, but a young Australian singer/dancer/performer (etc), Clasina. Clasina is doing a worldwide tribute tour towards HM/MC and she is in my hometown for a week.
I posted a few pictures below of her performances in other parts of SA - you'd be forgiven to think it really is Miley :)

The above is the first official picture released for Eclipse - oh goody (sarcasm). I don't think I am a fan of Twilight anymore *rolls eyes* (the books, yes! Movies? nah!). Simply because I watched New Moon the other day and I was soooo disappointed. I thought it was a let down to the book - unnecessary scenes and it seemed rushed. I understand the book is long, but they left out some good parts and put in the unneeded ones.

And why the hell were they making such a huge hype about Dakota Fanning portraying the character of Jane?? If you ask me, it was a major step down in her career - what a small role!!! But, that is just my opinion.
I will always love the books though, you cannot take away the fact that it is darn good literature :D
I'll blog about this another time - an entire post just for it!!

Aaaanyway, yeah. I'm done. Unless you want me to carry on ranting.

I am currently dying of excessive heat exposure - like what the hell??? Why is it so hot all of a sudden!? I wish (for once) we could have a cold Christmas. I know wishing for snow is like wishing for Santa to bring me a pet Dinosaur - so I won't >.<"

I've been so slack online - no blog commenting, no MSN, but I am tweeting (how can I not). Well, that is because I have been sooooo busy working on all my articles, hanging out with friends and being a total dork that I just have not felt like it, too much. Am so sorry. And to make it worse, I am starting yet another blog to target my South African blogger comrades - all about SA's current affairs, entertainment industry etc... My vlogs and stuff will be better received there for now - no offense to all my nunu online frendies *hug*

Above is a part of my video interview with Jane-Linley Thomas of East Coast Radio. This actual video is meant to be seven minutes, but because of the unfortunate weather my internet connection kept jumping, therefore interrupting the upload procedure :(

It was so awesome to meet her, she is just like she is on her show; funny, crazy and super friendly!! I was there for an hour and am going to see her again in the New Year - cannot wait! I am so used to meeting people and shaking their hands and being formal, but she came and gave me a huge hug - she is too cute!

And, one week down of my holidays (note: I took my holiday two weeks earlier than others ha ha ha!) and four more to go.

I am so frieken annoyed! I made plans to go out with my friend, L and my friend, Monique with her sister, Melinda, but on the morning, Monique cancels. She says she was not feeling well or whatever the case is, but I found out when L and I got to the mall.

That is a bit mean, would you not agree? Had L not been there then I would have been hanging around like a total loser (of which I am ha ha ha)! She apologized a million times over on MXit (similar to MSN), but I do not know if I should fully forgive her. . .

So, yesterday was a total waste of a day which I can never get back, but I did a short interview with one of the fashion boutique's owners, nothing fantastic. People were looking at me like, "why the heck is she walking around with a corner??" - obviously people pushed their faces into it >.< dumb people. When you want them there they won't co-operate, but when you don't then they are all up for it.

I'm annoyed. I hate Youtube. I hate rain. Stupid techno nonsense! My wrist hurts from typing!

Forget my previous post, now this song is my new obsession. *HEART* It is one of Leighton Meester's (Blair of Gossip Girl *HEART) which she released earlier this year entitled Body Control

In other news. . .

I had my meeting at SWG today and all went well. I do not want to go on and on about what we talked about, but let's just say you are going to see a lot of me ha ha ha (literally)

I am going to e.tv on Thursday - woohoo!! Am doing a 'virtual tour' of the place. Though, you should note that this branch is not as big as the main one in the central city, JHB - but who cares, really? I'll be doing videos with the reporters etc

. . .and then on Thurs evening (or maybe Wednesday) I am going to East Coast Radio (one of the top radio stations in SA) to interview one of the radio DJ's, Jane-Linley Thomas in-studio. It was really sweet of her to allow me to come. :) She's soooo fun to listen to and probably the same in real life!




That is not all - going to do a video interview with Pixie Bennett some time this week, too. :D

All is good in life - now need to find time and go out with my friends.
